The Hudson Business Coalition (HBCi) is excited to announce the launch of the Hudson Valley Brewery Trail, a new collaborative initiative celebrating craft beer, local agriculture, and community across Columbia County. The trail officially kicks off on November 1 and brings together nine breweries and one local malt house for a county-wide experience designed to encourage exploration and connection.
Participating locations include Upper Depot Brewing, Hudson Brewing Co., Return Brewing, Union Street Brewing Co., Old Klaverack Brewery, Chatham Brewing, Roe Jan Brewing, Vosburgh Brewing Co., and Hudson Valley Malt at the Germantown Beer Farm.
The Hudson Valley Brewery Trail invites residents and visitors alike to discover the region’s vibrant craft beer scene through a simple and engaging passport program:
- Pick Up a Passport: Guests can collect a Hudson Valley Brewery Trail Passport at any participating location.
- Collect Stamps: Participants visit all nine stops, including Hudson Valley Malt, where they can tour the hop yard, observe traditional floor malting, and learn how local beer ingredients are produced.
- Earn the Pin: Upon completion, participants receive a limited-edition Hudson Valley Brewery Trail enamel pin as a thank-you for supporting local breweries and agriculture.
“The Hudson Valley Brewery Trail is about more than beer,” said a representative from the Hudson Business Coalition. “It’s an invitation to experience the creativity, collaboration, and agricultural roots that make Columbia County such a special place.”
The trail is designed to be fun, accessible, and community-focused, encouraging participants to explore every corner of Columbia County while supporting locally owned businesses.
