Hudson Business Coalition [HBCi] is a 501(c)6 membership organization dedicated to fostering a vibrant and diverse business community in the city of Hudson, NY.
We encourage all businesses within and surrounding Hudson to join our organization as members, so that we might continue to fulfill that mission.

The primary benefit of membership in Hudson Business Coalition is the opportunity to connect with like-minded business owners in our community; to support our organization so that we can continue to advocate for and support Hudson’s unique business community; and to help underwrite our efforts to continue to promote Hudson as a world-class destination for visitorship.

We hold member-exclusive HBCi events, with the opportunity to connect with and learn from fellow business owners in and around Hudson.
Voting rights during our Annual Meeting
Participate in our yearly annual meeting, and have the opportunity to approve changes to our bylaws and vote on board of director appointments. (Note: this applies to Proprietor Members only)

Proprietor Membership
Only $200/year
Our primary membership type is Proprietor Member.
These and similar businesses with a physical presence located within the city of Hudson, NY qualify for Proprietor Membership:
- Shops and other retailers
- Restaurants, bars, cafes, and other dining and drinking establishments
- Art galleries
- Lodging and hospitality businesses
- Cultural and artistic venues
- Community organizations
- Realtors and real estate agencies

Dual Membership with the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce

Dual membership with the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce is available to Proprietor Members. If you elect to sign up for membership with both organizations, you can save $50 off your Hudson Business Coalition membership, and approximately 27% off your Chamber of Commerce membership (depending on the number of employees with your company or organization).
Note: This offer is available to new businesses, or new members to either organization, and not applicable to renewals.

Service Provider, Micro-business, or Startup Membership
Only $150/year
If your business does not meet the criteria for Proprietor Member, but you would like to support our mission and enjoy the benefits that Hudson Business Coalition membership provides, our alternative membership for Service Providers, Micro-businesses, and Startups is available to you.
These memberships provide a variety of benefits to those businesses or organizations who: don’t have a physical or public presence; who are based in or outside the city of Hudson; who are makers, startups, or solo entrepreneurs; or who provide services to clients or customers.
This would include, but not be limited to:
- Property inspectors
- Attorneys and legal practitioners
- Programmers and software engineers
- Marketers and designers
- Writers and editors
- Photographers and artists
- All other types of service providers
- Makers and craftspeople
- Startup businesses
